We are currently hiring providers to perform VA Disability Benefit Questionnaire (DBQ) examinations in Queens, NY.

✔ No follow-ups
✔ No ongoing patient management
✔ No inbox responsibilities
You will perform structured medical examinations and complete documentation — that’s it.

Many of our providers complete multiple exams per hour, creating strong earning potential based on efficiency.
Compensation
- $60 – $100 per completed DBQ examination
- Based on exam type, experience, and efficiency
Additional compensation available for:
- Medical Opinions (MO)
- Patient no-shows
- Late cancellations
High-performance bonuses are also available.

Requirements
- Active New York Nurse Practitioner license
- Active NPI number
- Professional malpractice insurance
- Strong physical exam and documentation skills
