Program: Outlier Health and Wellness patient text messages.
Messages you may receive: appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling updates, home-visit location confirmations, patient portal and form notifications, preventive care reminders, and replies to messages you send us.
How you opt in: by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our website forms, or by giving consent in writing or verbally at our office. Consent is not a condition of receiving care.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
