At Outlier Health & Wellness, we understand that transportation can sometimes make it difficult to get to the doctorāespecially for older adults, patients with mobility limitations, and those who rely on family or friends for transportation.
Thatās why weāre excited to introduce our new Patient Transportation Program, with transportation services provided by Garinagu Corporation.
Complimentary Transportation for Eligible Visits
To make establishing care and staying up to date with preventive care easier, Outlier Health & Wellness is now offering complimentary round-trip transportation for eligible patients coming to our Fresh Meadows office for:
- New Patient Visits
- Annual Physical Exams
- Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
Transportation is subject to eligibility, service area, and availability.
Need Transportation for Another Office Visit?
We can help with that, too.
Established Outlier patients who have difficulty getting to the office for follow-up visits, sick visits, medication follow-ups, chronic care, or other scheduled appointments may also request transportation for an additional fee.

Transportation to Other Healthcare Appointments
Our transportation assistance doesnāt have to stop at the Outlier office.
Outlier patients who have difficulty getting to other scheduled healthcare appointments may also request transportation assistance for an additional fee.
Transportation may be available for:
- Specialist appointments
- Laboratory appointments
- Imaging and radiology
- Physical or occupational therapy
- Dental appointments
- Other scheduled healthcare services
Our team can help coordinate transportation based on your destination and individual needs.
Wheelchair-Accessible Transportation Available
Patients with mobility limitations are welcome.
Wheelchair-accessible transportation is available upon request.
Please let our team know when requesting transportation if you use a wheelchair, walker, or cane; require additional assistance; or will be traveling with a caregiver or escort.
Already Have Transportation Benefits?
Our Patient Transportation Program is in addition toānot a replacement forāexisting transportation benefits.
Some patients may already qualify for transportation through Medicaid Medical Answering Services (MAS), Medicare Advantage transportation benefits, SeniorCare, or other insurance and community transportation programs.
Our team can help you determine which transportation option may be appropriate for you.
The Outlier Patient Transportation Program is a practice-provided service outside of health insurance and is not billed to your health insurance.
