Many older adults live with chronic pain — from arthritis and back pain to nerve pain and inflammation. While pain medications can provide relief, they also carry risks, especially in seniors.
During this educational session, Dr. Patrice Powell, DNP, AGNP-C will discuss:

Over-the-counter pain relievers (Tylenol, NSAIDs, etc.)
Prescription pain medications
Medication safety and drug interactions
Risks and side effects in older adults
Safer alternatives and non-drug options
